How to do a good job with the hospitars clinical pharmacy practice instructing and teaching work

目的：探讨药学本科生在医院临床药学实习的带教方法。方法：将临床药师在医院临床药学实习的带教中遇到的各种问题进行分析研究、经验总结，并提出对策。结果：我院临床药学实习带教中存在的很多问题，得到了一定解决。结论：临床药学实习带教工作还需要进一步规范，为社会培养更多合格的药学人才。

OBJECTIVE： To discuss the instructing and teaching method of the hospital＇s clinical pharmacy practice for pharmaceutical undergraduates. methods： The various problems that clinical pharmacists found in instructing and teaching works were summarized and analysed. Moreover, countermeasures were proposed. RESULTS： Some problems that clinical pharmacists found in instructing and teachingin our hospital have been resolved. CONCLUSION： The instructing and teaching work of clinical pharmacy practice has to be standarded, and it is suitable for the social training of qualified pharmaceutical talents.
