摘要
供应室是医院临床科室的重要支持、保障系统。其工作范围广,接触面大,内容繁琐,不可避免地会形成服务质量缺陷。本文就服务质量缺陷的含义、供应室服务质量缺陷成因、对策进行综述,以期为供应室工作实践提供借鉴,不断提高服务质量,促进科室发展。
The supplying center is an important supporting system in hospital＇s clinical departments.Due to its wide coverage,large involvement and complex work,service quality defects are usually unavoidable.In the paper,through giving the definition of service quality defects,discussion of the service quality defects,remedial measures for improving service quality are proposed.
