The Systematic Arrangement Effects on Regional Economic Development

有效率的制度安排是经济增长的关键。区域间的制度安排差异是我国东部和中西部区域经济差异逐年拉大的根源。我国发达地区科学有效的制度安排体系对经济发展起到了综合的激励和推动效应;相反,欠发达地区与发达地区在制度安排上的"制度落差"致使这些地区经济发展缺乏强劲动力。要实现我国区域经济协调发展,欠发达地区应从制度安排着手,结合本地实际,不断进行制度创新,为当地经济社会发展提供有利的制度保障。

Efficient systematic arrangement is the key to economic development;the difference of area system- atic arrangement is the root reason for regional economic gap among the eastern and midwestern parts of China which is widen gradually year by year. Scientific and effective systematic arrangements of developed regions effectively inspire and improve the economic development;the ＂systematic gap＂ between the underdeveloped areas and developed areas causes insufficient development of the underdeveloped areas. In order to realize the coordinated development of regional economy of China,the undeveloped areas should make systematic innovation from systematic arrangement,thereby providing systematic protection to the development of the local economy.
