摘要
目前本科生导师制存在四个方面的问题:导师制在学分制实施过程中的作用定位不够准确;导师与行政辅导员的关系没有理顺;导师与专业课任课教师角色含糊,存在职责盲区;与导师制相关的检查、监督、激励、奖励机制尚未建全。为解决上述问题,应采取以下策略:建立适合专业特点的导师制基本模式;制定明确详细的导师职责;建立有效的监督检查机制;制订有效的激励机制;对师生进行专门培训。
Problems still exist in the undergraduate tutorial system such as the functions of the tutor in relation to the credit system are not clearly defined;the respective responsibilities of the tutors,the form teachers and the course teachers are ambiguous;measures for checking and supervising the tutoring process and stimulating and rewarding the tutors are insufficient. This paper offers some tentative methods to address these problems including establishing the basic pattern of the tutorial system to make it complementary to the credit system,specifying tutor responsibilities and taking measures to ensure effective supervision and inspection of the tutoring process and establishing an effective rewarding incentive mechanism.
