摘要 随着我国社会、经济和教育的发展,现有的外语教师教育体系逐渐显露出了种种缺陷:一是理论与实践相分离,忽略外语教师的主体地位;二是外语教师的教育观念相对落后;三是课程设置不合理;四是教学方式缺乏多样性,忽视外语教师反思能力的培养;五是教师教育经费投入不足。为改变这种状况,应采取以下措施:首先,将理论与实践相结合,重视外语教师的主体地位;其次,转变外语教师的教育观念;第三,提高外语教师教育的课程设置水平,重视外语教师培训项目的质量;第四,改进单一化的外语教师教育教学方式;第五,综合培养教师高层次技能与基本技能,加强对其反思型能力的培养;第六,增加教育投入,加强对教师教育者的培训。 China' s current foreign language teacher education system has been in operation over half a century. However,with the social,economic and educational development,various defects of the existing foreign language teacher education system have gradually appeared,i.e, separation of theory and practice and the ignoring of the dominant position of the foreign language teacher;relatively backward education concept of foreign language teacher; unreasonable curriculum; lack of diversity in teaching methods, the ignoring of ability of reflection; and insufficient educational funding and less attention to teacher training. To reform and develop the current foreign language teacher education system, efforts should be made to combine theory and practice, change the concept of teacher education and improve the foreign language teacher education curriculum standards. Meanwhile, measures are to be taken to improve the teaching methods, train the teachers' high-level and basic skills comprehensively, increase investment in education, and strengthen the training of teachers.
