Experience from the reform and opening up has shown that the Party＇s building and economic system reform promote each other.As a result,the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics progresses steadily.In the new period,the changes of political and economic situation in domestic and international fields make the Party＇s building face a bigger challenge.In order to serve for economic system reform better and lay a solid foundation for peaceful rise,the Party＇s building must stick to scientific development,implement human-oriented concept,constantly improve the Party＇s governing ability,actively use a variety of social resources and strengthen the Party＇s institution construction.
