当前中国社会的文化多元化和社会信息化发展给大学生思想政治工作带来严峻挑战。新时期大学生思想政治工作应在科学发展观指导下牢固树立以人为本的思想,不断改进工作方式,注重提高思想政治工作者担任学生良师益友的能力,抓好组织制度建设。

At present,China＇s development of cultural diversity and social information has posed a severe challenge to college students＇ ideological and political work;consequently,it is critical to establish firmly the people-oriented thoughts with the guidance of the scientific developing perspective.To improve the way of the college students＇ ideological and political work step by step,and to pay special attention to enhance ideological and political worker＇s ability as the students＇ mentors and make a good construction of the organization system.
