摘要
针对普通高校人才引进后续管理中存在的主要问题,改善普通高校人才引进后续管理体制,应认真落实引进人才的相关政策,营造良好的工作和发展环境,正确对待引进人才再培养和合理流动问题,完善人才评价与考核机制,增强对引进人才的服务意识。
The paper explores the main problems in subsequent management of talents exchange in the universities,and discusses the way of improving the management system.The policies of talents exchange should be implemented seriously,and the conditions of work and development for the talents should be constructed in order.Moreover,a rational attitude towards the issues of further cultivation and mobility of the talents should be kept.Then,the personnel evaluation and assessment mechanisms should be improved,and the service of introducing talents need enhancing as well.
