System Identification and Simulation of the Auxiliary Power Unit Based on the Predication Error Method

摘要 辅助动力装置(APU)是一个复杂的非线性系统,为了研究APU的工作特性,必须对其进行数学建模。本文依据某型APU地面试车数据,采用基于预测误差法(PEM)的输出误差模型进行系统辨识,建立了APU某一稳态点的"小偏差"数学模型,以满足后续控制规律的设计和研究。MATLAB仿真结果表明,此方法对APU模型辨识可行。验模表明,所建模型精度很高,且能实时准确反映APU性能,因而可在该状态下基于此模型进行控制器设计。 The auxiliary power unit(APU) is a complicated nonlinear system.In order to study its operat-ing characteristics,a mathematical model for APU is of a great need.In this paper,an output error model based on prediction error method(PEM) has been used for the system identification with the ground test data.A certain point’s "small deviation" mathematical model of the APU has been established to meet the design and research demands of follow-up control law.The MATLAB simulation results indicate that the method is effective.After verifying the model,it shows the model has a great precision and accurately reflects the real-time APU performance.So this parameterized model of the APU can be used for the control system design at the given conditions.
