摘要 [目的]探讨标准化病人在《基础护理学》实验教学中的应用。[方法]将126名护理专业本科学生随机分为观察组和对照组,每组63名,对照组采用传统实验教学法,观察组采用标准化病人教学法。采用操作考试和学生教学评价问卷调查比较两组的教学效果。[结果]观察组学生操作考试成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生教学评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]在《基础护理学》实验教学中的应用标准化病人可明显提高教学质量,有利于调动学生的学习兴趣、提高学生的综合素质和能力、培养学生的评判性思维;也有利于提高教师的专业水平和教学能力。 Objective:To probe into the application of standardized patient in the experimental teaching of "Basic nursing science".Methods:A total of 126 undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into test and the control groups 63 students each.Nursing students in control group were accepted the traditional way of teaching.Nursing students in test group were accepted standardized patient teaching.Teaching effects of all students were compared by carrying out skills test and filling out students teaching questionnaire.Results:The results of skills test of nursing students in test group were better than that of control group students(P0.05).Scores of teaching evaluation of student in test group were superior to that of control group students(P0.05).Conclusion:To apply standardized patient in experimental teaching of "Basic nursing science"can significantly enhance the quality of teaching and arouse their interests in learning.It could enhance their comprehensive ability.It is helpful for training critical thinking of students.And it is helpful for enhancing the profession level and teaching ability of teachers as well.
