Influence of humanistic care on common psychological disorders of patients accepting hemodialysis

[目的]观察人文关怀对血液透析病人常见心理障碍的影响。[方法]将42例血液透析病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组21例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行人文关怀护理。比较两组病人透析期间心理障碍发生情况、病人满意度及投诉情况。[结果]观察组发生心理障碍2例,对照组为8例;观察组病人满意度高于对照组;观察组零投诉,对照组发生投诉1例。[结论]人文关怀能够改善血液透析病人的心理状态,提高病人的满意度。

Objective：To observe the influence of humanistic care on common psychological disorders of patients accepting hemodialysis.Methods：A total of 42 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into test and control group 21 cases each.Patients in control group were accepted nursing care as in routine.Patients of test group were received humanistic care based on the routine care.Then the occurrence of psychological obstacles during dialysis,satisfaction and complaining of the two group patients were compared.Results：Two cases in test group developed psychological obstacles.Eight cases in control group developed psychological obstacles.Satisfaction degree of test group cases was higher than that of control group patients.None was complained in test group.And 1 case in control group had some complains.Conclusion：Humanistic care can improve the psychological state of hemodialysis patients.It can enhance the satisfaction degree of patients.
