无蜡粉型青梗菜核基因雄性不育系转育研究 被引量:7

摘要 为选育叶面无蜡粉型优质青梗菜核基因雄性不育系用于杂种优势育种实践,以叶表有蜡粉的复等位基因遗传的小白菜核基因雄性不育系GMS107为不育源,叶表无蜡粉的青梗菜自交系华-101为转育目标品系,在探明蜡粉有、无性状遗传规律及与雄性不育性遗传关系的基础上,采用连续回交转育性状的同时测交筛选基因型的方法,结果表明:育成了不育度和不育株率均为100%、植物学性状与华-101相近的无蜡粉型青梗菜雄性不育系,并用其配制出杂交组合。证明了本项研究采用的"定向转育方法",可以实现不育性及其他性状的同时转育,首次获得了不育株率和不育度均达100%的无蜡粉型青梗菜核基因雄性不育系。 The study was to develop a diversified male sterile line without wax in Pakchoi for the practice of heterosis breeding. A waxy genic male sterile line GMS107 of Chinese cabbage was used as male sterile source, and a waxless inbred line Hua- 101 was applied as the target line. Base on exploring of the inheritance of waxless character and the relationship between waxless and the male sterility, a recurrent back cross breeding method was designed to transfer the male sterility. The results showed that a new male sterile line with 100% male sterility similar to inbred line Hua-101 in botanical characters was developed. Several excellent hybridized combinations were developed. It was certified that the male sterility and other botanical and economic characters could be transferred simultaneously by the "directional transfer program". A waxless male sterile line was developed.
