平头型大白菜核基因雄性不育系的选育与利用 被引量:5

Breeding for a Genetic Male-sterile Line of Level-head Ecotype in Chinese Cabbage (Brassica campestris L. ssp. pekinensis)

摘要 以复等位基因遗传的直筒型大白菜雄性不育系"两用系"为不育源,采用连续回交转育性状的同时测交鉴定基因型的方法,向平头型大白菜小孢子DH系S50中转育雄性不育基因,育成了不育度和不育株率均为100%、植物学性状与S50相近的平头型大白菜雄性不育系。 A cylindrical ecotype AB line was applied as a male sterile source of multiple-allele inherited male sterility in Chinese cabbage. Recurrent baekcrossing was employed to transfer traits, while the genotype was identified through test cross. The male sterile gene was successfully transferred into a level-head eeotype DH strain $50 of Chinese cabbage derived from microspore culture. A male sterile line, which belongs to level-head eeotype of Chinese cabbage with 100% male sterility and 100% male sterile plants and similar to S50 in botanical characters, was successfully developed.
