摘要
为探索黄瓜瓜刺颜色与性型的遗传规律,以含有上述基因的2个黄瓜纯合亲本为试材,对F1、F2、BC1分离性状进行调查分析,结果表明:黄瓜瓜刺颜色的遗传受1对等位基因控制,黑刺对白刺为显性。黄瓜全雌性状由一对不完全显性基因控制,且雌性性状相对雌雄同株为显性性状。黄瓜瓜刺颜色基因(B)的遗传与控制雌性的基因(F)之间属独立遗传。
In order to explore the inheritance of the spine color and sex expression and their genetic relationship, two inbred lines were used as parents through investigating F1,F2 and BC1. The results showed that the spine color trait was controlled by a pair of alleles, and the blank spine was the dominant. The female sex expression trait was controlled by incompletely dominant gene, and the female sex expression was dominant to the monecious. The genetic relationship between the spine color and sex expression was independent.
