Building a harmonious public library involves adhering to the human-oriented concept and implementing humanized management and service. It is suggested that the human-oriented public library management and service be developed in the aspects of humanization of the service environment, humanization of the way of service, and humanization of management in order to give full play to the social function of public libraries.
