彩色多普勒超声检测进展期胃癌血流与免疫组化的对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用彩色多普勒超声检测胃癌血流并探讨胃癌彩色多普勒血管分布指数(CDVI)与微血管密度(MVD)、β-catenin蛋白表达的关系。方法 30例进展期胃癌患者分为转移组和非转移组,采用彩色多普勒超声检测胃癌血流并行CDVI测定,术后对肿瘤组织切片进行免疫组化染色,比较肿瘤组织CDVI与MVD、β-catenin蛋白异常表达的关系。结果胃癌CDVI与血管浸润相关(P=0.037),但与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移均不相关;回归分析显示CDVI与MVD呈线性相关(r=0.553,P=0.002);但相关分析显示CDVI与β-catenin不相关(P=0.210)。结论通过彩色多普勒超声检测的胃癌CDVI联合免疫组化指标可以从不同角度反映胃癌的血管生成特征,能够较好地反映肿瘤新生血管生成的情况,有助于评价胃癌血管生成情况。 Objective To evaluate the relationship among the color Doppler blood vessel distribution index (CDVI) , microvessel density (MVD) and expression of β-catenin in patients with gastric carcinoma by color Doppler ultrasonography. Methods All 30 patients with advanced gastric carcinima were divided into metastasis group and non - metastasis group, then the blood flow of gastric carcinoma was detected by CDFI,and the CDVI was measured. Then the slices of tumor tissue were dyed by immunohistochemistry,then the relationship between the average of CDVI, MVD and the expression of β-catenin in tumor tissue was analyzed. Results The CDVI of gastric carcinoma was closely related to the vascular invasion ( P = 0. 037 ), but there was no correlation between the CDVI and tumor size, invasion depth, lymph node metastasis. There was linear correlation between CDVI and MVD (r =-0. 553,P = 0. 002) showed by regression analysis, while there was no correlation between CDVI and the expression of β- catenin (P = 0. 210). Conclusion Combination of CDVI and immunohistochemical parameters can be used to predict the characteristics of tumor angiogenesis and it is useful for evaluating the angiogensis of gastric carcinoma from different point of view.
