基于ANP-FCE的水利建设项目可持续能力评价研究

Sustainability evaluation of water construction projects based on ANP-FCE method

介绍了ANP-FCE方法,构建了基于ANP-FCE的评价模型,并利用该模型对我国"十五"重点建设项目"临淮岗洪水控制工程"进行了可持续能力评价。结果表明,临淮岗洪水控制工程可持续能力属较强可持续和强可持续的占80%左右,但还存在一定的弱可持续现象。

The ANP-FCE method was introduced. An evaluation model based on the ANP-FCE method was established. It was applied to the evaluation of sustainability of Linhuaigang flood control project in the middle reaches of Huaihe River,a state key project during the period of the 'Tenth Five-Year Plan'. The results show that the sustainabilities of Linhuaigang flood control project which are strong and stronger are about 80 percent,and there are still some weak sustainabilities in it.
