摘要
根据一般水利建设项目后评价的要求,结合城市防洪工程后评价的特点建立了城市防洪工程后评价指标体系。针对城市防洪工程后评价指标多为定性指标的特点,将三角模糊数层次分析法引入城市防洪工程后评价中,在采用三角模糊数表征专家的判断信息的基础上得出综合评价结果,并以某城市防洪工程后评价为例,介绍了该方法的具体应用过程。
According to the requirements of the post evaluation of general water resources projects and the characteristics of the post evaluation of urban flood control projects,a post evaluation index system for the urban flood control projects was established. With regard to various qualitative indices in the post evaluation,the analytic hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy number was applied in the post evaluation of urban flood control projects. The comprehensive evaluation results were derived by means of the experts' judgment information expressed by the triangular fuzzy number. The application process of the proposed method was demonstrated by an example of an urban flood control project.
