摘要
在进行项目调研的基础上,建立了流域水利规划可持续性后评价指标体系,提出利用熵权法确定指标权重,采用综合评价模型计算流域水利规划可持续性综合水平值,旨在能促进流域水利规划可持续发展。
On the basis of investigation of projects,a post evaluation index system of sustainable development for water resources planning was established. The weight of various indices was determined by use of the entropy theory,and the values of the sustainable levels for basin water resources planning were calculated based on the integrated evaluation model so as to promote the sustainable development of basin water resources planning.
