3S技术在我国洪水预报中的应用

Application of 3S technology in flood forecasting in China

介绍了我国洪水预报方法的发展状况,根据洪水形成的特点和影响其运动的因子,结合3S技术的特点,阐述了3S技术在洪水预报中的应用情况。通过实例应用,将3S技术与传统的洪水预报方法进行了对比,得出了3S技术在洪水预报中应用的优越性,并对其存在的问题进行了说明。

Development status of flood forecasting methods in China are firstly introduced. According to the factors of flood formation,and combined with the characteristicies of 3S technology,3S technology in flood forecasting applications are elaborated. The superiorities of 3S technology in the application of flood forecasting are concluded by comparing 3S technology with the traditional flood forecasting methods. In the meantime,the existing problems of 3S technology in the application of flood forecasting are analyzed.
