电子阴道镜在宫颈疾病诊断中的应用

The appliance of colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical disease

目的探讨电子阴道镜在宫颈疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法收集该院妇产科150例宫颈疾病患者进行阴道镜检查并对宫颈活组织检查的结果进行回顾性分析和比较。结果阴道镜图像与组织学结果 :醋酸白上皮符合率为66.7%,二联征符合率为77.8%,三联征符合率为100.0%。电子阴道镜在诊断宫颈病变中灵敏度为81.3%,特异度为83.6%,漏诊率为4.9%,阳性预测值为85.4%。结论电子阴道镜结果可靠、准确,适宜在基层医院推广;对宫颈上皮内瘤变的早诊断、早治疗及降低宫颈癌发生率有重要作用。

Objective To discuss the value of colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical disease.Methods 150 cases patients of cervical disease with concurrent cervical biopsy colposcopy results were retrospectively analyzed and compared to clinical application.Results Vinegar epithelial line was 66.7%,two Fallot found was 77.8%,triad line rate was 100.0%.Colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical lesions in a sensitivity was 81.3%,specificity was 83.6%,missed diagnosis rate was 4.9%,positive predictive value was 85.4%.Conclusion Colposcopy results are reliable and accurate at the grassroots level to promote appropriate.To early diagnosis of the CIN,early treatment and reduce the incidence of cervical cancer has an important role.
