System Dynamics Modeling and Simulation of VMI Under the Multi-stage Supply Chain

摘要 多级供应链包含了生产商、分销商、批发商和零售商。其中,VMI在批发商和零售商间共享了库存信息和销售信息,是一种局部的信息共享类型。使用系统动力学对VMI进行建模并仿真,结果表明,局部的信息共享只能对局部的牛鞭效应有较好的抑制作用,而对没有参与信息共享的节点企业来说,则影响不大。 Multi-stage supply chain includes the nodes of manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler and retailer. Under the multi-stage supply chain, VMI is the mode of inventory and sales information sharing between wholesaler and retailer. The paper establishs the system dynamics model of VMI and simulates. The result shows the partly information sharing can partly reduce the bullwhip effect. The effect is slight to the nodes of manufacturer and distributor.
