摘要
结合非战争军事行动特点,在界定配送式后勤保障基本内涵的基础上,分析军队自我配送、业务外包配送和军地联合配送三种配送方式的运作要求和实施要点,研究配送流程优化的思路与途径,提出非战争军事行动物资供应的典型配送流程和实施条件。
According to characteristics of non-war military operation, it discussed the basic connotation of logistic support with distribution model, analyzed the operation requirements and implementing points of military self-distribution, service outsourcing distribution and military-civilian joint distribution, researched into the basic thinking of distribution process optimization, and put forward the typical distribution processes and implementing conditions.
