4C营销理论在实践中的应用有助于企业赢得客户、获取和维系竞争优势。跨国物流企业进入中国后取得较大的成功,4C营销理论的运用在其中起到了不可或缺的作用。重点分析了4C营销理论在FedEx、UPS、DHL等跨国物流企业的具体应用,以期为我国物流企业提供借鉴和参考。
The apllieation of 4C marketing theory in the practice can make the enterprise gain customers, acquire and sustain competitive advantage. 4C marketing theory plays an important role in the success multinational logistics corporations achieved since they came into the Chinese market. The paper analyzes the use of 4C marketing theory in the multinational logistics corporations, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and so on in order that the Chinese logistics corporations learn something from them.
