摘要
基于对我国物流人力资源管理的现状和物流人才资源的需求特征分析,揭示出我国物流人力资源管理在质量上及员工培训上的不足等问题,提出通过物流人才全方位培养以及人力资源职业生涯规划等对策来提高我国物流人力资源的管理水平;并从我国物流人力资源培养结构的转变方向及未来物流人力资源需求的趋势出发,探讨我国物流人力资源管理和培养的现代化。
Based on the analysis of logistics human resources management and its demand characteristics, this essay brings out many problems which involve the insufficient logistics HR management and the shortage of staff train ad so on, and advises to improve the logistics HR management ability of china through the all-directional training of logistic personnel and the planning of logisics HR creer. At the same time, according to developmental tendency of the structure transfer of logistics personnel training and the demand of logistics people, this article discusses the modernization of logistics HR management and personnel training.
