Analysis of the Chinese Supermarket Chains Model Logistics Distribution Patterns

基于我国连锁超市物流配送特点,介绍供应商直接配送、自营配送和第三方物流配送等三种常见连锁超市配送模式,分别进行分析并提出相应的改进建议,最后提出基于供应链管理思想的连锁超市物流配送新模式,即第四方物流配送模式。

Based on characteristics of Chinese supermarket chains distribution logistics, This paper introduces three common supermarket chains distribution patterns, the suppliers direct distribution, self-distribution and third-party logistics distribution, analyze these patterns and make appropriate recommendations for improvement respectively, finally put forward a new logistics distribution model, forth-party logistics distribution model, which based on the supply chain management thought.
