摘要
在参阅大量文献的基础上,文章阐述了DRGs的原理、分组方法及相关概念,介绍了DRGs的发展和应用现状,总结了DRGs定额预付费制度的作用和不足,最后分析了我国实施DRGs面临的主要问题并提出了相应对策。
Based on numerous references,the principle and grouping method of DRGs as well as its related concepts are described,its development and application all over the world are introduced,the main functions and defects of DRGs prospective payment system are summarized,the difficulties to implement DRGs in China are analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures in the last part are proposed.
