摘要
目的:分析伤害造成的期望寿命损失和经济负担,为伤害防控政策提供参考。方法:利用国家卫生服务调查和死因回顾调查数据来测算伤害去死因寿命增加值与伤害造成的直接经济负担与间接经济负担。结果:如果去除伤害造成的死亡,2005年和1992年居民期望寿命分别能增加1.62岁和1.89岁;相应地,伤害造成的直接经济负担分别为774.5亿元和131.0亿元,间接经济负担分别为2750.6亿元和445.1亿元。结论:伤害已经成为比较突出的公共卫生问题和社会安全问题,影响人民群众健康的同时也关系到社会经济的可持续发展。
Objective：To analyze the burden of injury,including years of life lost and economic burden,toprovide reference for injury prevention and control.Method：Utilizing the data of national health survey and death-cause retrospective survey to measure and calculate life expectancy of injury,direct economic burden and indirect economic burden of injury.Result：Life expectancy to injury are 1.89 year and 1.62 year in 1992 and 2005 except death from injury;at the same time,the direct economic burden of injury are 13.1 and 11.45 billion yuan while indirect economic burden are 44.51 and 275.06 billion yuan.Conclusion：Injury has already been the highlights of public health and social security,which affects the people＇s health and the socioeconomic sustainable development.
