摘要
通过对非营利性医院供应物流管理现状的分析,探讨如何构建新型供应物流管理体系,以及新型供应物流管理体系的组织架构及部门职责,以实现医院供应物流管理的规范运作。
In order to implement the normative operation of supply management in the hospital,how to build the new supply of supply management system,the new supply of the supply management organization structure and department responsibility is discussed,through analyzing the status quo of supply management in non-profit hospitals.
