摘要
采用原位反应近液相线铸造方法成功制备出4.4%(质量分数)TiC颗粒增强7075 Al基复合材料。对原位反应过程进行了热力学与动力学分析.通过XRD分析及SEM观察显示,原位生成的TiC颗粒与基体润湿良好,且弥散细小均布于7075基体中,晶界上无明显的偏聚.
The 4.4% TiCp/7075 Al composites were prepared by in-situ reactive near-liquid's cast.Thermodynamic analysis and dynamic analysis of the in-situ reactions were carried out.It is observed by using XRD and SEM that the in-situ TiC particles not only present good cohesion to the matrix,but also diffuse homogeneously in 7075 matrix.Besides,there is no great segregation on the interface.
