纳米CeO_2对ZrO_2-Y_2O_3陶瓷涂层耐腐蚀及结合强度性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过在ZrO2-Y2O3为基的陶瓷粉体中添加不同数量的纳米CeO2,采用亚音速氧乙炔火焰喷涂制备陶瓷涂层.探讨纳米CeO2对涂层结合强度及耐碱腐蚀性能的影响.实验结果表明,纳米稀土氧化物CeO2的加入使涂层的显微组织得到改善,减少涂层中的孔隙率,提高涂层的致密度,且随着纳米CeO2加入量的增加,涂层的结合强度、耐碱腐蚀性能呈先上升后下降的趋势,纳米稀土氧化物CeO2添加量为3%(质量分数)时涂层中孔隙最少,晶粒细化,涂层致密,结合强度、耐碱腐蚀性能最好. Variable quantities of nanometer CeO2 were added into the ZrO2-Y2O3 ceramic base powder to make ceramic coating.The effects of nanometer CeO2 on the binding strength and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied.The result shows that the addition of nanometer CeO2 to the spray powder can modify the microstructure of the composite coating,and at the same time,reduce the porosity and improve the coating compactness.The wear-resistance and alkali-resistance to corrosion enhanced with the addition of nanometer CeO2,then weakened later on.The best result was attained about the grain refinement,dense coating,wearing-resistance and corrosion-resistance when adding the Nano-CeO2 to the coating by 3%.
