绿色供应链管理驱动因素、绿色设计与绩效关系

Research on the relationship among driving factors,green designing and green supply chain management performance

在利益相关者理论的基础上,构建了绿色供应链管理驱动因素、绿色设计与绩效之间关系的理论模型。以广东省珠三角地区148家制造型企业为研究对象,利用结构方程模型对绿色供应链管理驱动因素、绿色设计与绩效之间关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明驱动因素中的竞争者与政策法规对绿色设计有显著的正向影响;而管理者、消费者、供应商对绿色设计的影响并不显著;绿色设计对环境绩效与经济绩效均有显著的正向影响。根据上述实证研究结论,从宏观和微观角度给出了相关管理启示。

The theoretical model of relationship among driving factors,green designing and green supply chain management performance is proposed based on stakeholder theory.By using data collected from 148 manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province,The theoretical model is empirically tested.The results show that competitor and law regulation have significantly positive effect on green designing.However,manager,consumer and supplier do not have significantly positive effect on green designing.We also find that green designing has significantly effect not only on environment performance,but also on economic performance.According to the above results,some suggestions are proposed from macro-and micro-view.
