本土企业技术跨越的路径跃迁阈值研究——基于专利竞赛理论的视角

Research on critical value of transition path in domestic firms' technology leapfrogging——on the perspective of patent race theory

通过对于企业技术跨越过程中技术路线特性的识别,将企业技术跨越划分为轨道内技术跨越和跨轨式技术跨越,并引入专利竞赛理论,通过将两种技术跨越方式与专利竞赛的先占模型和均衡竞争模型相结合,运用模型推导的方法模拟企业的两种技术跨越过程,定量地指出本土企业在处于落后地位时,实现技术跨越的成功条件和时间点。同时,根据国内企业技术跨越的现实情况对于原始竞赛模型进行了调整,将失败企业累积研发经验转化值与竞赛成本的对比作为判定企业参与技术跨越竞争的重要依据。研究结果有利于企业把握技术跨越过程的竞争态势,通过自身资源与技术跨越期望收益与成本的综合权衡,选择合理的技术更新策略(技术引进、吸收或者自主研发),也为结果预期较低的企业参与决策制定提供了科学依据。对于企业技术跨越过程中的资源分配与研发策略制定也具有一定的参考价值。

Based on patent race theory,we clarify the character of technology in leapfrogging process and divide it into two categories.Using the modeling methodology,we quantificational investigate the critical value of path transition.The research findings facilitate domestic firms in counting the cost of diversified technology acquisition modes comprehensively,and consequently make competition decisions more efficiently and precisely.
