摘要
国有企业创新活力低的原因之一在于没有对其密集型服务(KIBS)部门进行有效的创新激励。虽然一般显性契约设计能够在一定程度上提高KIBS部门创新动力,但由于KIBS部门以及知识产品生产的特点,会使其创新活动存在短期行为。在分析知识产品创新特性的基础上,从多任务委托代理的角度出发,结合声誉机制建立国有企业KIBS部门创新动态激励模型。研究结果显示项目周期之间和创新努力之间的相关性对KIBS部门创新有着显著的影响,随后提出了相关建议。
One of the reasons for low vigor of state-owned enterprises' KIBS sector is that there is no effective and innovative incentive.While the general explicit contracts can improve the innovation of the KIBS sector to a certain extent,the characteristics of the KIBS sector as well as knowledge products will make innovative activities short-term behavior.Base on the characteristics of knowledge production,this paper establish the state-owned enterprises dynamic incentive model from the view of multi-task principal-agent and reputation mechanism.The results showed that the correlation between project cycles and between the innovative efforts have a significant impact on the innovation in KIBS sectors,and then made recommendations.
