摘要
随着开采深度的增加,新兴煤矿北部区总回风道出现高应力现象,巷道底鼓,顶板、两帮移近量明显增加。该矿通过改进支护工艺,使用了二次组合支护技术,采用底角锚杆、梯字钢、锚索、U型钢等联合支护技术,成功地控制了巷道底鼓和变形,保证了生产接续,确定了二次组合支护最佳时段,创造了较大的经济效益,并在深部软岩支护上提供了有利的科学依据。
With the increase of mining depth,the high stress situation appeared in the total return wind roadway in the northen area of Xinxing Coal Mine.The roadway pucking,colser of roof and two sides significantly increased.Through improving the support technology and using the secondary combined support with corner bolts,ladder-type steel,anchor and U-type steel,roadway pucking and distortion were successfully controlled.The productivet continuation was ensured.
