利民煤矿防治煤与瓦斯突出设计要点

Design Points in Prevention and Cure of Coal and Gas Outburst in Limin Coal Mine

涟邵煤田利民煤矿根据矿井瓦斯突出特点,结合原开拓开采系统,确定弱突区先行开采、由中部向井田两侧开采的开拓布局。采用底板瓦斯抽放巷结合其它辅助方法解决掘、采过程中煤与瓦斯突出问题,有效地控制了煤与瓦斯突出事故发生,促使矿井顺利恢复生产。

Based on the characteristics of gas outburst of Limin Wells,in combination with the original mining system,the mining loyaut was indentified,such as the first extraction in the weak autburst areas,from the central to the well field on both sides.The problem of coal and gas outburst in excavation was solved by using the method of bottom gas drainage lane with other auxiliary methods.The accidents of coal and gas outburst were effectively controlled,the mine smoothly resumed production.
