Design of Wire Feed Circuit with Uniform Speed for a Soldering Machine

介绍了一种锡焊机匀速送丝的设计思想,并设计了具体的匀速送丝电路。通过采用脉宽调制技术,并自动进行反馈调节,使得直流送丝电机的供电电压随电机扭矩的变化而改变,从而达到稳定送丝速度的作用。实验证明,该电路具有较好的反馈调节性能,锡焊机达到了匀速送丝的目的。

This paper introduces design philosophy and practical circuit of wire feeding with uniform speed for a soldering machine.With the technology of Pulse Width Modulation and making automatic feedback regulation,the power supply voltage of DC feeding motor will change with motor torque in order to feed wire stably.Experiments have shown that this circuit has high ability of feedback regulation and the soldering machine can feed wire with uniform speed.
