摘要
常遇到一类零件,其整体具有不同硬度要求,对变形程度有一定的限制。本文以混凝土楼板挤压机绞刀为例,运用经试验优化组分的隔热涂料,将其按工艺要求涂复在要求低硬度的零件区域后再热处理,并采用减少内应力的方法控制零件各部位的冷却速度使之均匀化,就可能在零件上一次获得多种硬度,并对减少和控制零件的热处理变形极为方便有利。
An optimized adiabatic coating has been applied,according to technology that one part possesses a various of hardness and of deformation degree,to zone demanding lower hardness of parts for example,reamer of concrete floor squeezer,before heat treatment with method to decrease internal stress for control of cool rate of parts here and there,by which it might obtain multi-hardness at once in one part and ease to decrease and control part deformation during heat treatment.
