摘要
脑梗死发生与血流动力学改变密切相关,运用彩色经颅多普勒(TCD)可以精确地测量平均血流速度、搏动指数、脑血管储备能力等血流动力学参数。平均血流速度的变化、搏动指数的改变、脑血管储备能力的高低,与脑梗死的发生、发展、诊断、治疗和预后密切相关。近年来国内外学者通过运用TCD对脑梗死患者的血流动力学改变做了大量的研究,现将这些研究成果予以综述。
Cerebral infarction is closely related to hemodynamics.Some hemodynamic parameters,such as mean flow velocity,pulsatility index,and cerebrovascular reserve capacity,can be accurately measured by using transcranial Doppler.In recent years,scholars worldwide have done a lot of researches through TCD.In order to guide the early diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction,recent studies by TCD on hemodynamic changes of cerebral infarction are reviewed in this article.
