椿乳凝胶治疗湿热瘀阻型带下病81例临床研究

Clinical Research on 81 Cases of leukorrhagia of Moist Heat and Blood Stasis Treated with Chunruningjiao

目的评价椿乳凝胶治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性宫颈炎临床疗效及安全性。方法将108例临床诊断为湿热瘀阻型带下病的患者随机分为两组,治疗组81例应用椿乳凝胶,对照组27例应用安慰剂,每个月经周期应用10d,连续应用2个月经周期后进行相应的疗效及安全性观察。结果两组患者治疗后宫颈糜烂面积、炎症程度、湿热瘀阻证疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在试验中没有发现两组患者安全性指标的异常变化及不良事件发生。结论椿乳凝胶对慢性宫颈炎具有肯定的治疗作用,该药的作用特点在于对受试者宫颈糜烂面积、炎症程度等局部症状及带下量多、色黄、臭秽等带下症状的改善。

Objective To evaluate the clinic curative function and safety of Chunruningjiao to treat leukorrhagia of moist heat and blood stasis.Methods 108 cases who diagnosed as leukorrhagia of moist heat and blood stasis were randomly devided into two groups,81 cases of treatment group treated with Chunruningjiao,27 cases of control group treated with placebo,the administration time was lasted for 10 days in each menstrual cycle,after two menstrual cycles,the curative effects and safety were assessed.Results It was showed that the area of cervical erosion,level of inflammation,efficacy of syndrome,the points of syndrome and clinical symptoms were statistically different（P 0.05） between two groups.In test,there have not found abnormal changes and adverse events of safey index.Conclusion Chunruningjiao had positive effect on chronic cervicitis,the role of the characteristic of the drugs appeared in the aspects of improving cervical area,the degree of local inflammatory symptoms,vaginal discharge quantity,yellow stink leucorrhea,foul smell and other gynecological symptoms.
