摘要 针对声发射监测仪设计,提出了基于nRF905型单片射频收发芯片的无线远程通信模块的设计方案。论述了该无线通信系统设计框图和主处理器MSP430与PC机的硬件连接,以及nRF905配置及收发流程。采用高增益天线提高传输距离,同时制定了基站中心模块和现场子模块点对多点的通信协议,从而能够识别噪声和有效数据,避免信号干扰。实现了将传感器探头现场采集到的数据通过单片机控制和无线通信模块在PC机中显示处理。实验表明该系统设计能够实现数据高速有效传输,具有低功耗,抗干扰,传输远等特点。 Aiming at the design of acoustic emission monitoring instrument, this paper proposed a design of the wireless remote communication module based on nRF905 single-chip RF transceiver, and discussed the block diagram of the wireless communication system,the hardware connection between main processor MSP430 and PC,nRF905 configuration and its sending and receiving process. The system design used high-gain antenna to the transmission distance,while developing muhipoint communication protocol between a base station module and field sub-module. So that the system can identify the noise and valid data,to avoid signal interference. The data which is collected from sensor probe on-site can be displayed and processed in the PC through the microcontroller control and wireless communication module. Experimental results show that the system data is transmitted high-speed and effective, and the system features low power consumption ,anti-interference suppression, and far transmission.
