摘要
设计了一种LED显示屏模组的全新的电源供电拓扑。220 V/50 Hz(或110 V/60 HZ)交流电源经过滤波、整流、PFC矫正后产生一个400 V的电压;400 V的电压通过总线传输到模组内的辅助电源模块和多个高效电源模块;辅助电源模块接收控制命令开关PFC电路和高效电源模块,并给小信号电路提供电能;高效电源模块再将400 V的电压转换成LED点阵模块所需电压。这种拓扑供电使LED显示模组的电磁兼容符合相关的标准规定限值(GB17625.1-2003或兼容IEC1000-3-2),模组PF值可以达到98%以上;同时,LED显示屏的整个电能的转换效率可以达到82%以上,与传统拓扑相比减少了整个显示屏功耗。
This paper introduces a new power supply topology for full color LED display module. Firstly, alternating power source from 220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz power lines was filtered and rectified, and then the rectified source changed into 400V after being corrected by PFC circuits. The 400V source transmitd energy to the auxiliary power supply and other power supply by 400V source bus. The auxiliary power was used for signal processing and controlling PFC circuits. And other switching power supply were used for LED matrix. Experiments show that the new module can conform relative limits of EMC standards (GB17625.1-2003 or compatible IEC1000-3-2), and the PF can be more than 98%, and efficiency of the power conversion is over 82%, so that it' s power consumption is lower than the traditional modules.
