摘要
使用流体力学软件FLUENT对某径流式压气机叶轮内部喘振流动特性进行了数值模拟,得到了叶轮流场的分布图。对流动现象的分析表明:喘振工况时叶轮长短叶片吸力面出现了分离区和分离涡,压力面出现了回流,叶轮内部气流波动明显并出现了冲击波。研究得到的流动特性可为该叶轮的优化设计及确保压气机高效率运行提供相应的理论依据。
Numerical simulation for surge characteristics of vehicle turbocharger radial compressor internal impeller is carried out by using fluid dynamics software FLUENT.The corresponding airflow distributions were received.The analysis of impeller flow field showed that the separation zone and vortex appeared on impeller blade suction surface under surge condition,and the circumfluence emerged on pressure surface.There have been flow fluctuations and shock waves in impeller.The obtained flow characteristics can provide a reference for optimization of impeller and high efficient operation of compressor.
