摘要
为了探索农用运输车后轴疲劳寿命的强化规律,采用后轴实物物理试验的方法,比较系统地研究某农用运输车后轴在低幅载荷作用下结构疲劳寿命的改变,证实低幅应力区内存在一个强化载荷区。用强化载荷区内的不同载荷对后轴进行预锻炼,后轴结构的疲劳寿命会有不同程度的提高,最高可使疲劳寿命提高一倍。在试验结果的基础上,估算出农用运输车后轴疲劳寿命最佳强化载荷出现的区域,为摸索利用低载强化提高后轴的疲劳寿命提供技术依据。
In order to explore hardening rule of fatigue life of a farm transporter rear-axle housing,experimental studies were carried out on real rear-axle housing to investigate the influence of low amplitude preloading on structure life.It is proved that a strengthening area exists in low amplitude loading area.Fatigue lives of rear-axle housings are increased in some extent with preloading within this area.It can make fatigue life double at most.Based on physical tests,the best strengthening load region of rear-axle housing was estimated,and which can provide some technical supports for increasing fatigue life of real rear-axle housing.
