摘要
本文从单点校正法和标准曲线法的适用前提条件出发,运用数学方法,探讨了单点校正法代替标准曲线法的条件,并为在农药分析中选择单点校正法和标准曲线法提供依据,从而简化正常农药分析步骤,避免一些分析误差。
On the basis of single-point
calibration and standard calibration curve methods, a mathmatic method was introduced to
study the conditions of single-point calibration method replacing standard calibration curve
method. A theoretical basis for choosing single-point calibration and standard calibration curve
was provided. Therefore the normal pesticides analysis operation procedures were simplified
and some analysis errors were avoided.
