我国政府在提倡大力推行循环经济的同时,必须尽可能为其设定一套切实可行且行之有效的政策支持和发展对策,并对经济运行机制进行重大调整。为此,应优化产业结构,促进可持续发展;完善各种配套机制,夯实循环经济基础;提供促进循环经济发展的金融支持。

Chinese government must establish a set of feasible and the effective policy support to develop circulation economy,and makes the significant adjustment to the operational mechanism of economy.Therefore,we should optimize the industrial structure,promote the sustainable development,consummate each kind of necessary mechanism,construct circulation economic basis,and provide the financial support.
