农村小额信贷农户满意度评价体系构建

Study on Evaluation System of Degree of Satisfaction about Rural Micro Credit

在借鉴中国顾客满意度测评模型的基础上,尝试构建了我国农村小额信贷农户满意度测评模型。根据影响小额信贷农户满意度的主要因素,建立了相应的测评指标体系,然后根据层次分析法为各指标赋予相应的权重,并利用Likert5级量表对测评指标进行量化,在此基础上可以得出各项指标的满意度及总体的满意度值。

Based on evaluation model of degree of satisfaction（EMDS）of client in China,this paper builds EMDS of rural micro credit at viewpoint of farm households.According to primary influencing factors,this paper creates evaluative index system,weights those indexes using AHP,and quantizes evaluation index by Liker 5 point level so that general degree of satisfaction and separated degree of satisfaction will be calculated successfully.
