旅游开发商和当地居民是旅游系统中重要的利益相关者,旅游业的可持续发展要求他们都能从中获得利益。开发商和当地居民两总体的演化博弈模型表明:在满足一定的条件下,收益分成模式能导致旅游业的可持续发展。而在固定收益模式下,当地居民并无参与旅游可持续发展的激励。地方政府应重视对当地居民的教育与培训,以提高他们在旅游发展中获得利益的能力。

The tourism operators and the destination residents are the important stakeholders in the tourism system.It is necessary for the sustainable development that they can benefit from the destination tourism.The evolutionary game of tour operators and destination residents indicates that benefits division in some proportion can make incentive for the residents to take part in the sustainable tourism positively.However,residents have no incentive to do this when the interests they can get is fixed.And the local government must pay more attention to the education and the training on the destination residents so that they have the ability to get more benefits during the development of tourism.
