电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱测定电池用电解二氧化锰中杂质元素 被引量:6

摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法同时测定电池用电解二氧化锰中Cu、Fe、Pb、Si、P的新方法。对影响其光谱测量的各种因素进行了较为详细的探讨,实验中选择酸度匹配来消除酸度的影响,采用基体匹配校正基体效应。试验结果经t检验发现待测元素之间基本无干扰。方法的检出限为0.003-0.035μg/mL。对无汞碱性锌锰电池用电解二氧化锰进行分析,回收率为97%-104%,RSD小于2.9%;结果同其他方法(原子吸收光谱法、分光光度法)的测定值相一致。 A novel determination method of Cu,Fe,Pb,Si and P in electrolytic manganese dioxide for battery was established by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).All influencing factors on spectrum measuring were investigated in detail.In experiments,the effect of acidity was eliminated by pH matching.The matrix effect was corrected by matrix matching.The experimental results by t test showed that there was no interference among testing elements.The detection limit of this method was 0.003-0.035 μg/mL.The electrolytic manganese dioxide for mercury-free alkaline Zn-MnO2 battery was analyzed.The recovery was 97 %-104 %,and relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 2.9 %.The results were consistent with those obtained by other methods(atomic absorption spectrometry and spectrophotometry).
