摘要
采用水平聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,对中卫山羊、安哥拉(♂)×中卫山羊(♀)一代杂种(F1)及含安哥拉山羊基因75%的杂种(B1)3个群体的血红蛋白、运铁蛋白、白蛋白、后白蛋白、慢α-2球蛋白及淀粉酶的遗传多态性作了比较分析。结果表明:血红蛋白和运铁蛋白2个基因座具有丰富的多态性,杂交过程中的繁育方式对各代杂种群体的遗传结构有显著影响,其中B1已表现出明显的近交效应。中卫山羊在遗传组成上与其它品种有较大差异,但与引进的安哥拉山羊群体差异很小。因此,建议在我国毛用山羊育种方案中设法引入苏维埃马海毛山羊的基因,以期扩大变异,提高选择的有效性,加速遗传进展。
The polymorphism of hemoglobin,transferrin,albumin,post-albumin,slow-α-2 protein and amylase in blood in the ZhongWei goats and crossbreeding Fls of Angora×ZhongWei and Bls of Angora×F 1 were studied by mean of horizontal PAGE method.The results showed that there were rich polymorphism on the loci of both hemogiobin and transferrin in all populations,the reproductive model affected significantly the genetic structures of all crossbreeds and the inbreeding effects had existed in the B 1 population.The genetic background of the ZhongWei goats was in different from that of the most goats breeds in China and abroad but similar with that of the Angora goats introduced into China.Therefore,it was suggested that the Soviet Mohair goats should be introduced into the breeding scheme in crossbreeding and selection of Chinese Mohair goats.
